• महिला अभ्यर्थी – अधिकतम 10 वर्ष
• विधवा एवं तलाकशुदा महिला – 5 वर्ष
• छत्तीसगढ़ शासन / निगम / मंडल के कर्मचारी – 45 वर्ष तक
• भूतपूर्व सैनिक एवं छंटनी किए गए सरकारी सेवक – सेवा अवधि घटाकर (अधिकतम आयु से 3 वर्ष अधिक तक)
• स्वयंसेवी नगर सैनिक एवं नॉन-कमीशंड अधिकारी – 8 वर्ष
• परिवार कल्याण कार्यक्रम के ग्रीनकार्ड धारक – 2 वर्ष
• अंतर्जातीय विवाह प्रोत्साहन योजना के पुरस्कृत दंपत्ति के सवर्ण पति/पत्नी – 5 वर्ष
• शहीद राजीव पांडे पुरस्कार, गुंडाधूर सम्मान, महाराजा प्रवीर चंद्र भंजदेव सम्मान एवं राष्ट्रीय युवा पुरस्कार प्राप्त – 5 वर्ष

• SC / ST / OBC – up to 5 years
• Women candidates – up to 10 years
• Widowed and divorced women – 5 years
• Employees of Chhattisgarh Government / Corporations / Boards – up to 45 years
• Ex-servicemen and retrenched government servants – by deducting service period (up to 3 years above the maximum age)
• Volunteer Home Guards and Non-Commissioned Officers – 8 years
• Green Card holders under the Family Welfare Programme – 2 years
• Non-reserved-category spouse of a couple awarded under the Inter-caste Marriage Promotion Scheme – 5 years
• Recipients of Shaheed Rajiv Pandey Award, Gundadhur Samman, Maharaja Pravir Chandra Bhanjdeo Samman or National Youth Award – 5 years

• मूल निवास: प्रबंधक (खान), सहायक भौमिकीविद्, प्रबंधक (मैकेनिकल इंजीनियर) एवं प्रबंधक (इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियर) को छोड़कर शेष सभी पदों के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ का स्थानीय/मूल निवास प्रमाण-पत्र अनिवार्य है।
• अ.जा., अ.ज.जा. एवं अ.पि.व. (गैर क्रीमीलेयर) के आरक्षित पद केवल छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के लिए अधिसूचित वर्गों के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए हैं।
• अन्य राज्यों के आरक्षित वर्ग के अभ्यर्थी केवल अनारक्षित पदों के विरुद्ध विचारित होंगे और उन्हें वर्ग के रूप में "अनारक्षित" ही चुनना होगा।

• Domicile: A Chhattisgarh local/domicile certificate is mandatory for all posts except Manager (Mines), Assistant Geologist, Manager (Mechanical Engineer) and Manager (Electrical Engineer).
• Posts reserved for SC, ST and OBC (non-creamy layer) are only for candidates of categories notified for the State of Chhattisgarh.
• Reserved-category candidates from other states will be considered only against unreserved posts and must select "Unreserved" as their category.

• विज्ञापित पदों में नियमानुसार महिलाओं के लिए 30% पद आरक्षित हैं। महिला उम्मीदवार उपलब्ध न होने पर पद पुरुष उम्मीदवारों से भरे जाएंगे।
• आरक्षण छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुरूप होगा।
• छत्तीसगढ़ के आरक्षित वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों को सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी स्थायी जाति प्रमाण-पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

• 30% of the advertised posts are reserved for women as per rules. If women candidates are not available, these posts will be filled by men.
• Reservation will follow the guidelines of the General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh.
• Reserved-category candidates from Chhattisgarh must submit a permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority.

चयन प्रक्रियाSelection process

• चयन दो चरणों में होगा – लिखित परीक्षा/साक्षात्कार अथवा लिखित परीक्षा एवं साक्षात्कार संयुक्त रूप से। सूचना पृथक से दी जाएगी।
• चयन से पहले सभी प्रमाण-पत्रों का सत्यापन होगा, उसके बाद साक्षात्कार हेतु बुलाया जाएगा।
• परीक्षा में पुनर्गणना/पुनर्मूल्यांकन का प्रावधान नहीं है। प्रश्नों पर आपत्ति निर्धारित समय में ऑनलाइन दर्ज करनी होगी।
• पात्रता/अपात्रता के संबंध में अंतिम निर्णय भारतीय प्रबंध संस्थान रायपुर का होगा।

• Selection will be in two stages – written test/interview, or written test and interview combined. Details will be communicated separately.
• All certificates will be verified before selection; candidates will then be called for interview.
• There is no provision for re-counting or re-evaluation. Objections to questions must be filed online within the given time.
• IIM Raipur will take the final decision on eligibility.

नियुक्तिAppointment

• चयनित उम्मीदवारों की नियुक्ति 03 वर्ष की परिवीक्षा अवधि पर होगी।
• जिला चिकित्सालय के मेडिकल बोर्ड से स्वास्थ्य प्रमाण-पत्र, जाति प्रमाण-पत्र सत्यापन एवं पुलिस सत्यापन आवश्यक।
• नियुक्ति अधिसूचित क्षेत्रों (क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय अंबिकापुर/भानुप्रतापपुर/दंतेवाड़ा/कबीरधाम) एवं सीएमडीसी के अन्य कार्यस्थलों पर भी हो सकती है।
• चयन/नियुक्तियाँ माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में लंबित एस.एल.पी.(सी) क्रमांक 19668/2022 के अंतिम निर्णय के अधीन होंगी।

• Selected candidates will be appointed on a 3-year probation.
• A medical fitness certificate from the District Hospital Medical Board, caste certificate verification and police verification are required.
• Postings may be in notified areas (regional offices at Ambikapur / Bhanupratappur / Dantewada / Kabirdham) and other CMDC worksites.
• Selection/appointments are subject to the final decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(C) No. 19668/2022.
